60-Minute Guided Counseling

What is a guided counseling session?

Karen offers the wisdom gleaned from her 10 years' experience channeling for numerous clients around the world to assist you as coach and counsellor in your situation.  These sessions may be assisted as necessary with causal-plane energy but Karen will most often be channeling her higher-self in your guided counseling session.

Karen is a warm and caring coach and counsellor, using similar energy as in her channeled sessions to assist you in making your way through your life's path.

Guided counseling sessions make an excellent followup to channeled sessions, often offering additional insight and viewpoint to assist you in deciphering your life's questions. 

What can you expect from a guided counseling session?

A one-hour session with Karen will be designed to help you access those deeply-held inner parts of yourself, so as to be more fully aware not only of yourself but also of others in your life.  These sessions are particularly helpful in assisting you with life-path questions, helping you bring out your strengths and desires to more firmly place your feet on the path headed in the direction you truly wish to go in.

These sessions can be by telephone or in-person.  All sessions are recorded and you will receive an audio file in mp3 format from which you can burn a CD if you wish.
