This channeled session takes well more than an hour and is recorded in mp3 format which you can use as-is or to create your own CD.  These sessions are best held in person or by telephone, as your energy assists greatly in holding a strong connection between you and Michael.  In addition, these sessions are often deeply profound and the healing aspects of them when your energy is present can be transforming.  If it is not possible to be present either in person or via telephone, Karen can channel your session directly as an audio recording for you as per the in-person or telephone sessions.  Keep in mind that audio channeling is frequently deeper and typically quicker than channeling using the computer to create a written document, thereby revealing far more information in your one-hour-plus session than you would receive from purchasing a similar amount of written channeling.
