There
is an apprehension in the air as you move into a new season. Change,
even those of season, weather, and climate can bring up fears. The
unsettled feeling will likely continue on for a week or two as you
become more used to the changes in sun patterns and the fluctuation in
temperature as you begin to move from one main season into the next.
It is important, then, to allow yourself to embrace those fears and to
make them as expansive as possible. Don’t be afraid to exaggerate
them, which will have the effect of illuminating them and diminishing
their hold on you. By bringing what you fear into the light you can
see what it is truly created from, which is of no more substance than
dust motes floating n the air.
It is likely, too, that along with this feeling of change that there is excitement as well. Often fear and excitement go hand in hand, do they not? There is a knowingness of impending change that brings anticipation as well as uncertainty, and even the very embracing of that uncertainty brings with it an excitement, a fullness of the senses, a trust that completion is at hand. Such is the essence of transformation, then: the knowingness that in each moment created lies perfection, that in each moment there is fullness and uncertainty and excitement, all wrapped up in one. By acknowledging this mélange you allow it more substance and therefore more growth, which speeds the sense that transformation is taking place. See the unending circle of which you are forever a part, forever creating? Even when you feel at your most static there is change and transformation. With every breath there is transformation, with every beat of your heart, every whisper and every caress and every scream. All experiences transform and all provide you with opportunity for growth and joy. Be, then, present in your heartbeats and caresses and your screams. Live them to the fullest extent you are able in a given moment, and know that in the next moment you will be forever changed, forever transformed, never again who you were just a breath and a heartbeat ago. Know too that you choose the direction of your transformation and simply by allowing yourself to breathe and your heart to beat, you will move toward the you that is the manifestation of your deepest self. --Michael, September 3, 2007, channeled by Karen Murphy
