You have seen, up to this point, that your thoughts and actions have effect upon your life.  This is a month, then, of additional reflection upon what has transpired in your life and where you wish to head now.  Many of you will find yourselves changing direction as a result.  Many others will find new feelings of a firm foundation laid in the direction you are already heading.  In other words, this is a time of reaffirming your own power to create your life.  If you love where you are, after this month you will love it more.  If you are looking for changes, after this month you will feel less directionless than you have been feeling.  You will be able to, if you should choose to, access more specific information about where you wish to go at a core level.  In other words, this is a month of increased essence contact, of ability to connect with that true inner portion of yourself.

Change, even if the change is not outward, is of course fraught with other consequences.  You know that, again, your thought and actions have a profound effect upon your life, and by extension the lives of others.  You are aware of this and yet you may also be finding that there is a new ability to release your sense of obligations for others and instead to simply acknowledge the deep connection you each have with one another.

The energy of the month, then, is about grounding and connecting.  You will find tools to assist your process in connecting not only with earth’s energies but mainly with your own sense of true power, for this is where all change in yourself begins.

To assist you in this process, we offer the following:

Take long soaks in a salt bath of hot water.   Allow the warmth to permeate you, even if at first it is a little uncomfortable.  The salt acts as a balancing agent and detoxification agent and will allow some of your extraneous thoughts and notions about yourself to fall away.  Do not discount the efficacy of such an exercise; its effects are subtle but in the end can be extremely transformative.

In addition, it is useful to chart your “progress” by journaling or otherwise recording some of your thoughts and feelings.  After a time you will find patterns of thought/behavior there that will assist you also in your personal transformation.  Be wiling to spend some time and commitment upon this exercise; it is as much the energy expended as it is the actual words you write and later reflect upon that assists with your inner connection.
