Many of you have seen and felt quite an upheaval emotionally and energetically this past month.  You have wandered from the depths of despair to the heights of joy, and all the many permutations and variations in between.  It has been a month of movement, yet not one of coalescence.  You may have found this frustrating, as you sense…SOMETHING has been happening, but what is it?  What does it mean?  How will it play out within the larger context of your life?  Yes, change is in the offing, you can feel it, but…WHAT IS IT??

We caution you, then, to sit tight.  To hold your course.  To remain steadfast and true to yourself and who you feel you are RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT, even though you feel buffeted about by the winds of change, the tempest that surely must be headed straight for you.  It is highly likely that by doing so, you will pass straight through the eye of the storm and emerge unscathed, yet be forever transformed by the experience of so much power around you.  Your life will never be the same again, yet nothing really happened, did it?  You stood there while a storm raged about you.

This month, then, is one of a space of ALLOWING.  Revel in the small moments; forget, for now, the ever-present pressure of the Big Picture.  Take time to reconnect with your home, this planet, the Earth.  Allow your senses to become paramount as you play within the context of the rich experiences available to you on this physical plane. Nowhere else do you have access to so much heady input: take advantage of it!  Feel your body move and your muscles stretch.  Take in the scents around you of earth and growing things.  Imagine yourself a child again with a child’s perspective:  everything is a wonder; time is forever; you are invincible.

Relax, then, knowing that things will more likely than not take care of themselves.  By month's end, you can, if you choose, have a whole lot of wonderful and memorable experiences stashed away in your memory banks, and then you’ll be in a space more geared to the noticing of what took place behind the scenes to resolve the issues now causing you worry.

If you like, let your sense of smell be your guide this month.  Enjoy new soaps, perfumes, the scents of flowers or fresh fruit, anything that allows you to detach momentarily from the present and allow you a slight respite from your daily world.  Use scent, then, to help you re-connect with your innermost self and to allow yourself the space of inner healing we see for you.
